Memi (練荻伽)自小在澳門生活，機緣之下，來香港參加了一個模特兒新秀大賽，憑著個人的特質正式成為一位Model。Memi除了有做Model的工作之外，另外還身兼別職，她亦是一個衣服飾品品牌K.W.的飾物路線負責人，身兼兩職的她可否應付兩份工作呢？
成「模」之路
Memi自小就在澳門生活，在一次在網上看到一個模特兒新秀大賽的活動招募，就大膽地報名參加。「其實那個時候只抱著一試的心態，因為自己小時候已經很喜歡表演的，而Model這一類工作自己也未曾試過，於是就大著膽去報名了。」第一次行Catwalk對Memi來說十分新奇，而且比賽成積還不錯。「比賽完了之後我受到了一間Model公司邀請，就簽了一年的合約，開始我的Model生涯。」Memi在Model工作上得到了很多不同的體驗。「我以前覺得做Model其實不太難，只要你有條件，擺Pose和面對鏡頭笑都是一件很簡單的事，但是當自己去真正了解這工作的時候，才發現原來要很專注和很高的耐性，因為影一輯相其實頗費時的，而且經常穿高跟鞋站很久，並不簡單。」
熱愛演藝
Memi身兼兩職，時間方面她可以處理得到嗎？「其實沒有什麼太大的問題，因為我在服裝公司那一邊有很多有能的同事幫忙，加上我在那一邊的工作也不用耗費太多的時間，相反Model的工作其實有很多機會，除了私影以外還有很多報紙、雜誌廣告、影會等等不同類型的工作，每一次都讓我很投入。」Memi自小就喜愛表演，自中學時就參加了話劇團。「期實我想試一試演不同類型的角色，因為對於我來說，演繹一個另自己完全不同的角色是很困難的事，但卻很有挑戰性。」
